Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on, active role employee to work across leading UK grocery retailers, ensuring full product range is available in store with strong stock and quality presentation.

You will move throughout the day, using pump trucks to move pallets, set up displays, and organize stock to ensure visibility. You will receive full training, plus a valid UK driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is available in store with stock availability and high-quality presentation.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day, using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, and organizing stock.
• You’ll ensure products are visible and well presented, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us with regular one-to-one sessions and weekly team catch-ups to support growth.

Contract type: Permanent

Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high‑quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
