Soho House & Co. is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support the team across Retail, Ecommerce, Internal and Wholesale channels. You will assist with purchase orders, stock planning and reporting in a fast-paced, growing business.

Use strong administrative skills, organisational thinking and data analysis to help meet deadlines, improve stock management and deliver excellent service across all channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of the target customer and emerging trends.
• Prioritise and meet critical dates in planning and trading.
• Deliver high standards of customer service and seek feedback from all channels.

Responsibilities

• Raise and record purchase orders and manage suppliers.
• Plan container and intercompany transfers; monitor intake dates.
• Liaise with store teams to ensure stock is in the right place and meets expectations.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with regular reporting.
