Job Title: Merchandise Admin Assistant

Location: Camden (Hybrid – 2 days from home, 3 in the office)

Reporting to: Head of Merchandising

It is run by a small, proudly female-led team from our studio in Camden, North London; where the brand was created in 2020, and is still based. Join us to be part of a dynamic, collaborative and passionate team where your skills and ideas will make a real impact.

About the Role:

The Damson Madder team is in search of a Merchandise Admin Assistant to join the Merchandising function. The main job purpose is to provide support in driving sales, managing stocks, analysing data & ensuring data accuracy within the reporting systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the brands Merchandising function and by extension the wider team through:

  • Trading and Reporting - Use internal systems to monitorproduct performance, generate stock reports, and support decision-makin g
  • Provide product feedback and support in the product range building
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to maximise sales and minimise overstocking
  • Data Analysis - Sizing analysis and p roviding ad hoc analysis for Ecommerce and Buying function
  • Price Changes and Markdowns
  • System Maintenance
  • Manage the wholesale ATS (Available to Sell) list and making recommendations

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - namely Excel and Word

Strong organisational and time management skills

Analytical skills

The ability to think outside the box

BONUS SKILLS

Knowledge of - VLOOKUPS, Basic formulas and data sorting, Pivot tables

Experience of using Shopify and/or Zedonk
