A leading High Street supplier to major brands like River Island and ASOS seeks a Merchandise/Buying Admin Assistant. This full-time role involves providing administrative support and managing the critical path from order to delivery, ideal for graduates with some experience in fashion.

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, co-ordination and communication skills.

Merchandise/Buying Admin Assistant - Leading High Street Fashion Supplier - London

Full Time / Perm / Office Based

A leading High Street supplier to River Island, ASOS and Primark is looking for a Merchandise/Buying Admin Assistant to join their expanding team! You will naturally show a passion for high street fashion with an understanding of current trends. A great role for a graduate with some production or buying experience in a fashion retail or wholesale head office.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support
  • Managing critical path, ensuring smooth running from initial order to delivery
  • To initiate costings and understand procedures
  • To follow up fit comments and action costings where required
  • To send bulk submissions to customers, follow up approvals and production sample approvals

Requirements:

  • Preferable completed a Fashion related Course/Degree
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, co-ordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
