Job summary

Mercedes Benz of West London is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, advising on vehicle servicing and keeping customers updated at every stage.

No prior experience is required as training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and Mercedes courses to support career progression. You will build rapport, deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, with flexible patterns that can include weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service background preferred.
• Willingness to learn; training provided in-house and via manufacturer courses.
• Good organisational and administrative skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing and consulting on vehicle servicing.
• Keep customers updated at every stage and answer questions or queries.
• Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure vehicles are ready on time.

About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Mercedes Benz of West London.

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by Mercedes to support your career.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
