Mercedes-Benz Cardiff, part of the Sinclair Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our Retail Team and help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to handover.

You’ll be part of Wales’ leading motor group, working in a target-driven environment with uncapped earning potential, a Staff Car Scheme, and extensive training. A UK driving licence is essential.

• Achieving sales targets while maximising finance, insurance and product opportunities.
• Generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Assisting customers with new and approved used vehicle enquiries.
• Guiding customers through the complete purchasing journey.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
• Managing vehicle handovers and following all sales processes and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up to date with market developments.

Salary: £50,000 OTE with uncapped earning potential + Staff Car Scheme
