Job summary

Sytner Group is offering a Permanent Sales Consultant role with a base salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission. This position places you at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences across our dealerships in the UK.

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you will be the main point of contact for customers on their journey to buying a new car, with the opportunity to work weekends to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum automotive sales experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Full and valid UK driving licence beneficial

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on their car-buying journey
• Understand customer needs and advise on suitable Mercedes-Benz models
• Process sales transactions and close deals to achieve targets
• Participate in assessment centre as part of recruitment process

About the role

Sytner Mercedes-Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from an automotive sales background.

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultant work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £52,500, you will also benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.

Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement for this role.
