Job summary

McLaughlin & Harvey Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to lead on-site MEP works across high-value projects. You will ensure safety, quality and programme adherence while coordinating with civil, structural and architectural teams.

The role requires CSCS/SMSTS, a valid driving licence, and electrical or mechanical trade qualifications, with strong leadership to drive project success on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS/SMSTS qualification is required.
• Valid driving licence is essential.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical Trade Qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site MEP works ensuring safety, quality and programme.
• Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical packages with Civil/Structural/Architectural teams.
• Review sub-contractor method statements and risk assessments for compliance.
• Issue permits for M&E subcontractors and monitor compliance.
• Manage snagging and ensure as-installed works align with design intent.
