O'Neill is seeking a highly capable Quantity Surveyor with a strong mechanical and electrical background to lead commercial delivery on prestigious London projects.

You will manage M&E packages, procurement, subcontractor administration and cost reporting, collaborating with project teams to ensure profitability and smooth delivery from pre-construction to completion.

Competenze

• Experience managing M&E packages on commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use developments.
• Experience working for a main contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services packages.
• Proven procurement, subcontractor management and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience with JCT contracts and managing the full project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with a strong mechanical and electrical background to join a well-established contractor, working on prestigious projects across the capital.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing M&E packages on commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use developments, with a strong understanding of procurement, cost management and subcontractor administration., Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor working for a main contractor or specialist M&E subcontractor

• Experience working on commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed-use developments
