The business has built a strong reputation for delivering robust, technically informed commercial management on mechanically and electrically complex projects, often acting as a trusted commercial partner to contractors, developers and end‑clients. Their work spans sectors including data centres, commercial developments, healthcare, transport infrastructure and high‑spec residential, with projects typically involving large‑scale, high‑value MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre‑ and post‑contract MEP quantity surveying duties
• Commercial management of mechanical or electrical packages
• Cost planning, forecasting, and monthly valuations
• Procurement of MEP subcontract packages
• Change control, variations, and final accounts
• Contract administration and commercial risk management
• Direct liaison with clients, contractors, and design teams

About You

• Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Experience working with MEP packages in a consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical scope and costs
• Commercially aware, organised, and confident communicating with stakeholders
