Kier Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quality & Compliance Manager (MEP) to lead quality management across our Mechanical & Electrical division. You will ensure digital quality systems are correctly deployed on projects, collaborating with delivery teams and supply chain to drive consistency.

The role focuses on developing dashboards, QA plans, and continuous improvement, with hybrid office/site work across the region and a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with ITPs, ATPs, inspections and testing on large UK construction projects.
• Knowledge of Procore or similar digital quality management systems.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting and influencing skills.
• Proactive, structured mindset with problem-solving and auditing abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and govern the MEP quality management system across projects.
• Develop and manage digital quality tools and workflows.
• Support project teams in producing MEP Quality Plans, ITPs and ATPs.
• Produce dashboards and reports on quality KPIs.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams and supply chain.
