MEP Quality & Assurance Lead — Digital Systems

Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Quality & Assurance Manager (MEP) to lead quality across our Mechanical & Electrical projects on a national UK basis. You will shape digital QA systems, drive best practices, and work with delivery teams and supply chains to ensure compliant, high-quality installations nationwide.

The role emphasises data-driven QA, reporting, and governance, with collaborative learning to raise site performance and project outcomes across the Kier M&E portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITPs, ATPs, inspections and testing on large UK construction projects.
• Experience with Procore or similar digital quality management systems.
• Strong IT literacy including Excel and Power BI, with the ability to interpret and report quality data.
• Solid understanding of MEP systems, standards, codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting and influencing skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the MEP quality management system across projects.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of digital quality tools (e.g., Procore).
• Manage quality data environments including dashboards, feeds and KPI structures.
• Provide governance and coaching on quality management within projects and supply chain partners.
• Support deployment of ITPs, ATPs and quality inspections with project teams.
