Job summary

Vantage Consulting is seeking an experienced MEP Lead for a major data centre project in Manchester. You will take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing delivery, ensuring services are installed, integrated, tested and commissioned to the required standards.

The role involves leading a pre-construction site effort for a 36MW data centre with a three-year programme, coordinating across site teams and contractors to meet critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP delivery on large data centre projects.
• Ability to coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing services.
• On-site pre-construction experience preferred for Manchester projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee MEP delivery on site.
• Ensure installation, testing and commissioning to required standards.
• Collaborate with principal contractor to maintain milestones and quality.
