Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead a major data centre delivery in Manchester. You will oversee the MEP delivery from installation through commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and public health teams, manage subcontractors, procurement, and design coordination, while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large construction projects.
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects is essential.
• Strong mechanical and electrical construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Overview

I am seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a major data centre project in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) delivery from installation through to commissioning, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
