Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery across a range of major London projects. This hands-on leadership role blends BIM strategy, MEP coordination and team management, with the opportunity to shape how digital construction is delivered across the business.

You will lead MEP coordination, develop BIM standards and Execution Plans, oversee model quality and clash detection, support 4D/5D BIM, and drive continuous improvement across BIM

Qualifications

• Strong MEP BIM experience within construction or engineering.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks knowledge.
• Experience leading BIM teams and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of MEP services and construction delivery.
• Confident managing clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
