Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in London is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery across a growing portfolio of major MEP projects. The role involves coordinating design, engineering and site teams while taking ownership of BIM execution and standards.

You will manage BIM Coordinators, drive Revit and Navisworks coordination, and ensure models are buildable, accurately coordinated and ready for handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading BIM delivery within MEP contracting environments.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and solve problems on complex projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and ISO 19650.

A leading MEP / Building Services Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of a growing portfolio of major projects across London.

This is a key position within the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of BIM delivery and work closely with design, engineering, project management and site teams.

We're looking for

An experienced BIM Manager / Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP contractor background.

You should have excellent Revit and Navisworks knowledge, strong MEP coordination experience and a good understanding of ISO 19650 and digital construction.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can lead, influence and solve problems, with a practical understanding of how BIM supports successful construction on site.
