Job summary

Cotleigh Engineering seeks a BIM / Revit Coordinator to lead MEP model coordination from our London base. You will drive federated models, run clash detection, and coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors to ensure accurate BIM deliverables across live projects.

You'll maintain BIM standards, templates, and QA processes, supporting project delivery planning. Experience in commercial offices, healthcare, fit-out or data centre schemes is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience within an MEP BIM environment.
• Strong knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks for model coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading coordination of MEP Revit models across live projects.
• Managing federated models and BIM deliverables using Revit and Navisworks.
• Running clash detection and coordinating resolution with internal and external teams.
• Working closely with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Supporting and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and QA processes.
• Chairing or supporting coordination meetings and model reviews.
• Assisting with project delivery planning, drawing issue management, and programme coordination.
• Providing guidance and support to junior technicians where required.
• Ensuring consistent, high-quality model output across multiple concurrent projects.

We are working with a well-established building services consultancy delivering complex MEP projects across the UK and internationally.

Their work spans a broad range of technically demanding developments including commercial offices, high-end fit out schemes, healthcare environments, and mission critical/data centre projects, with a strong focus on BIM-led delivery and coordination.

Due to sustained project demand and a strong pipeline of ongoing work, they are looking to appoint BIM / Revit Coordinators with strong MEP experience to join their London team. This is an opportunity to take a leading role within a highly collaborative technical environment, working on fast-paced projects with significant coordination responsibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM deliverables across multiple projects, working closely with engineers, technicians, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient model delivery.

The Role

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience within an MEP / Building Services BIM environment
• Excellent working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models on complex projects
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and project delivery processes
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple live projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills across design and contractor teams
• Experience on commercial, healthcare, fit out, or data centre projects would be advantageous
• Confident taking ownership of coordination responsibilities within project teams
