Job summary

Facade Today in London is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Lead to join our office, driven by a strong project win pipeline and a growth plan. You will manage external BIM and CAD bureaus and act as the UK BIM Lead on commercial fit-outs, new builds and hotels.

The role requires hands-on BIM delivery, strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills, and a track record of delivering projects over £10 million. This is a key appointment for a contractor delivering high-value infrastructure across the UK.

Qualifications

• Competence in Revit MEP, Navisworks and COBie.
• Background in MEP and construction, with an understanding of BIM capacity.
• Hands on nature, with a willingness to get involved with models and making changes where necessary.
• Experience delivering projects valued in excess of £10 million.
• Experience as a BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator, BIM Manager or CAD Manager.

Due to several recent major project wins, and in line with an ambitious growth plan, we are looking for an MEP BIM Lead to join the London office of a leading Tier One M&E subcontractor.

The Company

Key Responsibilities

• The MEP BIM Lead will be responsible for managing external BIM and CAD Bureaus.
• Acting as the UK BIM Lead on projects such as commercial fit-outs, new builds and hotels.
• The MEP BIM Lead will be supporting project teams with technical BIM expertise.
• Reviewing and coordinating models where required.
