Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold at least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (minimum C/4).
• Hold at least A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualification.
• A relevant qualification in management, working with children, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and guidance to mentees.
• Support SENCo to identify barriers to attendance and plan interventions.
• Develop individualised plans to improve attendance and outcomes.
• Attend SEN meetings and prepare reports on progress.
• Maintain safeguarding records and follow CPOMS procedures.
• Plan and deliver 1-2-1 and small group mentoring sessions.
• Keep accurate records and support referrals as needed.
• Uphold school ethos and promote equity, inclusion and wellbeing.
