Securitas UK is recruiting a Support Worker to provide community-based mental health support in the Crawley area. You will work with individuals to implement personalised plans, promoting independence and safety in their own homes.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, document changes, attend training, and develop trauma-informed, recovery-focused care skills while maintaining compassionate, person-centred support across a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

As part of our outreach team, you will:

  • Provide personalised, community-based support to individuals with complex mental health needs, promoting independence within their own homes.
