Job summary

Securitas UK is recruiting a Support Worker to provide community-based mental health support in the Crawley area. You will work with individuals to implement personalised plans, promoting independence and safety in their own homes.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, document changes, attend training, and develop trauma-informed, recovery-focused care skills while maintaining compassionate, person-centred support across a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Essential qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn and work flexibly within a community setting.
• Previous experience in social care or mental health support is desirable but not essential.
