Securitas UK is hiring a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred assistance to individuals with complex needs in their homes, promoting dignity and inclusion. You will collaborate with teams to implement tailored care plans and monitor progress, while maintaining clear records.

Qualifications

What you will be doing:

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with mental health needs.

  • Has experience (or is keen to learn) therapeutic de-escalation and crisis-intervention techniques.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond to changing needs.
