Job summary

Response is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker for Harwood House in Aylesbury. You will support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence, building trusting relationships and helping people move towards greater independence.

No prior mental health experience is required; training and support are provided. The role offers rewarding opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others and contribute to the wellbeing of the local community.

Mental Health Support Worker

Harwood House, Aylesbury

£27,051.44 - £28,900 per year (depending on experience)
22.5 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
