Mirus Wales in Port Talbot is hiring a Mental Health Support Worker to join a dedicated team. The role is 36 hours per week and requires a full UK driving license. You will support individuals in their own flats within a building, helping them live independently with personalised care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor mental health, spot relapse signs and provide emotional support.
• Develop, implement and review personalised support plans with careful record keeping.
• Assist with daily tasks: shopping, household activities, meals and tenancy upkeep.
• Support independence, confidence and community engagement.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals and care teams.
