Job summary

IBC Healthcare is hiring a Nights Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their community. You will provide person-centered care, supporting daily living, social engagement, and independence while promoting dignity and choice.

  • Pay Rate: £12.90 Per Hour
  • Shifts: Days & Nights
  • Full-time - 42 hours per week
About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to:

  • Engage in meaningful activities that reflect their interests, goals, and aspirations
  • Build confidence and skills to live as independently as possible
  • Access and participate in their local communities, including education, employment, volunteering, and social opportunities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and professionals
  • Make informed choices and have their voice heard in all aspects of their lives

You will provide person‑centred support that promotes dignity, respect, and choice, adapting your approach to meet each individual’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
