Job summary

IBC Healthcare in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate Support Workers to empower adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs to live as independently as possible. This full-time role is based in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire with day and night shifts available, covering 42 hours per week.

  • Pay Rate: £12.90 Per Hour
  • Shifts: Days and Nights Available
  • Full-time - 42 hours per week
  • Location: Kidsgrove, Staffordshire
About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults to:

  • Engage in meaningful activities that reflect their interests, goals, and aspirations
  • Build confidence and skills to live as independently as possible
  • Access and participate in their local communities, including education, employment, volunteering, and social opportunities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with family, friends, and professionals
  • Make informed choices and have their voice heard in all aspects of their lives

You will provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, respect, and choice, adapting your approach to meet each individual’s needs.
