Job summary

iBC Healthcare in Birmingham is seeking compassionate, creative Support Workers to join our Day Centre team. The role runs 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work, and focuses on helping adults with learning and physical disabilities engage in meaningful activities and stay connected to their communities.

You will support independence, confidence and inclusion, making each day fulfilling and full of opportunities for the people we serve.

Working Hours:9am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend work may be required

What You’ll Do

• Support adults with learning and physical disabilities to engage in purposeful, fun, and creative activities

• Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour


• Full Time: 35 hours per week
