Job summary

IBC Healthcare in Sutton Coldfield is seeking compassionate Day Centre Support Workers to help adults with learning and physical disabilities participate in meaningful, creative activities. You’ll support daily routines, encourage engagement, and promote independence in a friendly team.

Working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. The role offers £12.81 per hour, full-time 35 hours per week, a supportive, inclusive culture, and opportunities for progression in
