Job summary

IBC Healthcare is seeking compassionate Support Workers to assist adults with learning and physical disabilities at our Day Centre in Birmingham. You will help participants engage in meaningful activities, promote independence, and support their inclusion in the community.

The role offers day-time hours (8:30am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday) with some weekend work and requires a full UK driving licence. A supportive team environment and clear progression opportunities are advertised.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driving licence.
• Demonstrates compassion and ability to support adults with learning and physical disabilities.
• Able to engage clients in purposeful, fun and creative activities.
