Job summary

Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd in Gloucestershire is seeking a Service Manager – Mental Health Lead to oversee day-to-day delivery of our mental health supported living services. You will provide strong, compassionate leadership to ensure safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused care for adults with complex needs.

Experience in mental health, risk management, and a trauma-informed approach is highly desirable. A full UK driving licence and willingness to work across locations are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
• Strong understanding of mental health recovery and risk.
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches.
• Risk assessments and care planning expertise.
• Leadership and staff development across multiple services.
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, and CQC standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and able to work across locations.
• Experience with dual/complex diagnoses including learning disabilities and autism desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of mental health supported living services.
