Prosperity Care & Wellbeing in Gloucestershire is seeking a Service Manager – Mental Health Lead to oversee daily delivery of our mental health supported living services for adults with complex needs. You will provide compassionate leadership to ensure safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused care.

You will develop person-centred care and risk management plans, ensure CQC compliance, and collaborate with families, staff and external professionals to drive positive outcomes.

Formación

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health conditions.
• Strong understanding of mental health recovery and risk.
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches.
• Experience in risk assessments and care planning.
• Leadership and team development across multiple services.
• Knowledge of MCA, MHA, and CQC standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with service users, families, and stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence; willing to work across locations.
• Managerial qualification (desirable, not essential).
• Experience with dual/complex diagnoses incl. learning disabilities and autism (desirable).
