Creative Support in Leicester is seeking an experienced Recovery Team Manager to lead a mental health recovery service. You will oversee operations, manage staff deployment, and drive person-centered plans to support service users towards greater independence within the community.

The role requires a professional qualification in mental health or social care (or psychology degree), and at least 3 years of recovery-focused experience.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years’ experience working with people with mental health needs within a recovery-focused framework.
• A professional mental health or social care qualification, or a relevant degree (such as psychology).

Responsabilidades

• Leadership and operational management of the service.
• Deployment of staff according to assessed needs.
• Management and co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery.
• Liaison and joint working with the landlord.
• Assessment, support planning and positive risk management.
• Mentoring, supervising and supporting staff.
• Organising person-centred reviews.
• Enabling pathways to independence and move on as appropriate.
• Promoting the service to referrers and potential service users.
• Building positive partnerships.
