East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Mental Health Pharmacist (Band 6/7) to provide medicines optimisation for designated mental health inpatient teams in the Luton and Bedfordshire directorates.
You will rotate through CAMHS, Forensics, Older Adults, PICU and acute trust rotations, and develop through postgraduate certificates. The role offers a progression path and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Competenze
- MPharm degree and GPhC/RPS registration
- Post-registration hospital pharmacy training
- Experience in clinical pharmacy in mental health setting
- Willingness to pursue psychiatry qualification
- Experience in medicines optimisation and cost management
Mansioni
- Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services within Luton and Bedfordshire directorates.
- Monitor and uphold clinical pharmacy standards with patient-focused care.
- Manage stock control of medicines on wards and improve medicines optimisation.
- Oversee clozapine supply for inpatient and community settings.
- Participate in Quality Improvement projects.
