Effective from 1 September, welcome bonus payments are structured as follows:

Percentage of pro-rata splits based on working hours:

• 16 hours and below contract – 0%
• 16.5 – 32.5 hour contract – 50%
• 33 hours and above contract – 100%

Role: Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse

Requirements: Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN, team player, effective communicator, and organized.

Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient needs, plan and coordinate care, develop behavioral support plans, participate in multidisciplinary team activities, and administer medications.
