Role: Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse
Requirements: Registered Nurse Qualification (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN, team player, effective communicator, and organized.
Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient needs, plan and coordinate care, develop behavioral support plans, participate in multidisciplinary team activities, and administer medications.
