What you will be doing:

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure men and women with various mental health conditions receive high-quality care, support colleagues, and promote teamwork. The wards are busy, engaging, and varied. Your daily tasks include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate nursing care
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
• Mentoring and supporting team members
• Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, maintaining accurate records

Shift patterns include: working days, nights, and weekends on a rota basis, 12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week, totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Clipstone House, First Avenue, Clipstone, Mansfield, NG21 9DA

Clipstone House supports individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Challenging Behaviours, and Mental Health, focusing on enabling independence and community living.
