We are looking for a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Pindar House.

Cygnet Pindar House is our 22-bed Neuropsychiatric care and treatment service for men affected by acquired brain injuries. It is a safe and secure environment to aid recovery, as well as offering those diagnosed with a progressive neurological disease like Huntington’s Disease a caring, longer-term placement to support and help manage the progression of their symptoms.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Producing outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
• Working closely with the management team to develop the service, conduct audits, and improve quality
• Attending all training and engaging in CPD to further your knowledge and promote nursing standards
• Ensuring individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines, in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
• Administering medicines following healthcare procedures and guidelines

Are an experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, possessing…

Essential:

• The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
• A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
• A commitment to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage, and reduce risk
• Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence

Desirable:

• The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role
