Elysium Healthcare's Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood is seeking an experienced RMN/RNLD to join a multidisciplinary team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, while mentoring colleagues and ensuring accurate record-keeping in a compassionate, evidence-based environment.

You must be RMN/RNLD with NMC registration and experience with EUPD/ASD. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility and a strong commitment to high-quality care for vulnerable service users.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or RNLD with current registration.
• NMC registration is essential.
• Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD.

What you will be doing

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Providing mentorship and support to team members
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

Skills and knowledge you will have

• A relevant nursing qualification
• NMC registration
• Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD

Where you will be working

Location: Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3QU Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
