Situated at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood, Elysium Healthcare seeks a Senior RMN/RNLD to deliver compassionate care to service users with complex needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, prioritising recovery, safety and person-centred care in a busy inpatient setting.

What you will be doing

As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) , you will ensure people with complex needsreceive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
