Job summary

Elysium Healthcare’s Potters Bar Clinic is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs in a busy 24-hour environment. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality care and supporting colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.

The role requires NMC registration and a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience, with opportunities for development, wellbeing support, and a range of staff

What you will be doing:

As a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD only), you will ensure young people and adults with acute mental health needs receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users

Where you will be working:

Location: 190 Barnet Rd, Potters Bar EN6 2SE Join the team at Potters Bar Clinic providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders in an established 24-hour care environment. The CAMHS Tier 4 Low Secure services are for young people aged 13–18. Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area, only one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station, with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
