Brook Street is assisting in recruiting Mental Health Housing Support Workers across South Wales. You will support individuals with mental health needs to maintain housing, access local services and build independence within community settings.

Roles include both full-time and part-time positions with flexible patterns and ongoing training. Applicants should have at least 6 months in social care, a compassionate, non-judgemental approach, and be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in social care or support work.
• Demonstrates compassionate, non-judgemental approach.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Reliable, flexible and motivated to help others.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
