Qualifications

• NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
• Care Certificate or willingness to complete within three months.
• PMVA training or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients in crisis.
• Complete patient observations and support safe transport between settings.
• Work with clinical teams, emergency services and partner agencies to ensure safety.
• Operate within NHS policies, maintain confidentiality and dignity at all times.
