• Confidence using CRM and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for members and prospects.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and build trusted relationships.
• Support membership renewals, onboarding and engagement activity.
• Maintain membership records and prepare reports as required.
• Identify opportunities to introduce services, events and benefits.
