Job summary

The Royal Academy of Dance is seeking a Membership Officer to join our creative, fast-paced Membership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract at RAD London. You will administer the membership scheme and provide excellent customer service to members, while helping to increase recruitment and retention.

Based at our Battersea headquarters, you will drive recruitment campaigns, manage applications and payments, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Positive, proactive approach with member empathy.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Membership Recruitment & Onboarding: Promote memberships, follow up on potential leads, process applications and payments, and support recruitment campaigns to achieve membership targets.
• Membership Services & Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for members, responding to enquiries, resolving issues and delivering excellent customer service.
• Membership Administration & Data Management: Maintain accurate membership records, update CRM systems, process pauments and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
• Membership Engagement & Development: Support membership events, communications, website content and the development of membership benefits and services.
• General Administration: Assist with departmental administration, reporting, meetins and other activities to support the Membership Team.
