You will be a contact for members and advisers, handling inquiries by phone and email with a friendly, professional approach. No financial-services background required; customer-service experience from retail, hospitality or office roles is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles
• Excellent telephone and email communication
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations
• GCSE English and Maths (C/4) or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by telephone and email
• Provide information about products and services
• Track applications and update members and advisers
• Maintain accurate personal and professional details in internal systems
• Support Intermediary Sales Team administratively
• Deliver FCA-compliant information service to prospective members
• Manage difficult conversations professionally
• Ensure records and correspondence are complete
