Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to drive exceptional customer service across two sites and to increase membership levels. You will manage daily operations, plan strategy, and inspire the centres team to raise the bar while meeting and exceeding targets.

The role requires flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, with a vibrant, friendly work environment and the benefit of free membership at 220+ centres nationwide for you and a partner/children.

Qualifications

• Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department and ensure top customer service levels.
• Plan and execute the business strategy for two sites.

• Work day, evening and weekend shifts, including public holidays.
