Love Recruitment Limited is helping a private golf & country club in Radlett, Hertfordshire to hire a Membership Sales & Retention Executive. The role focuses on converting enquiries into memberships, growing bookings, and maintaining smooth administration of contracts and payments.

You’ll also shape local marketing and community engagement to attract new members. The role offers a base salary of £30k with an uncapped bonus scheme and a realistic OTE of £40k, plus a social working environment

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in memberships or similar.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Strong CRM and administrative discipline.

Responsibilities

• Convert enquiries and leads into new memberships and bookings, meeting revenue targets.
• Process contracts, payments and member paperwork, keeping CRM up to date and GDPR compliant.
• Lead ideas for social media and local networking to raise the club's profile and generate leads.
