Job summary

JD Gyms Watford is seeking a Membership Experience Manager to lead membership growth and deliver outstanding member experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive commercial performance, supervise on-floor activity and nurture strong community ties from day one.

You’ll be the face of JD Gyms in Watford, building corporate partnerships, hosting events and spearheading local marketing opportunities that raise brand awareness and bring new members into the club.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or membership growth.
• Leadership experience within fitness, leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through proactive lead generation and strong sales conversion.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community groups.
• Represent JD Gyms at events and campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and retention.
• Support day-to-day club operations.
