Job summary

JD Gyms Watford is seeking a Membership Experience Manager to lead membership growth, community engagement and an exceptional member experience from the gym floor, not a desk. Working alongside the General Manager, you will drive commercial performance, build corporate partnerships, deliver local marketing opportunities and represent the brand at community events.

This high-visibility role combines sales, leadership and operational excellence to shape the club's reputation and long‑term growth

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or membership growth.
• Leadership experience within fitness or retail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a target-driven mindset.
• Confident engaging with new people and representing the JD Gyms brand.
• Passion for fitness and delivering exceptional member experiences.
