Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maximise every member and guest's experience in our club.
  • Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the club as required.
  • Serve as a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
  • Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
  • Stay up-to-date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor operations.
  • Experience and promote the products and services on offer.
  • Ensure the facilities' cleanliness exceeds expectations by actively participating in the upkeep of the club, with team support.
  • Drive secondary sales and meet KPI targets.
  • Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
