Job description

The role involves providing a safe environment while delivering effective customer service at the station. Responsibilities include assisting customers, ensuring the safe and punctual dispatch of trains according to the rule book and standards, and maintaining station security and safety protocols.

This is a full-time position with a relief roster over seven days, including early starts, late finishes, nights, weekends, and bank holidays. The earliest start is 04:40, and the latest finish is 06:00. Applicants must have their own transport.

We seek individuals with a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, and proactive, friendly, and open communication skills. The role requires remaining calm under pressure, demonstrating integrity, and being flexible and adaptable. As a safety-critical role, a medical assessment will be required upon successful interview.
