Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
- Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
- Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
- Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
- Understand and operate the membership software system effectively.
- Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate in these activities.
- Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
- Experience the products and services offered.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facilities, actively supporting the upkeep of the club with the team.
- Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
- Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Person Specification:
- Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
- Competent in administrative duties.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop.
- Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
- Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
- Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
- Flexible to work shifts and take on additional duties to support the team.
- Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals.
